„Very Spacious clean room. Respectful staff from the reception to the restaurant. Location is a top notch. Nearby train and bus stations for movement convenience. Shops, restaurants nearby. Wifi is excellent. I will visit again and recommend to others to use the hotel.“

„perfect connection to public transport, both metro and bus. The room was a little small but clean. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Refreshing. The breakfast doesn't offer healthy options like salads or hardboiled eggs, but the typical continental or british breakfasts.“

„We loved Ferrum! It’s a close location to Wembley Stadium and near a ton of grocery stores and restaurants. We also traveled from the airport to the hotel and the train dropped us right across the street, which is a huge plus!! Everyone was so nice to us and the description on the listing when we booked matched exactly what was said. Didn’t even realize with the full kitchen we got everything we needed to cook, which is a huge plus if you want to stay in and cook a meal“

„Good experience!“

„Family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed 29 Dec 2025–1 Jan 2026. Check-in: Strong cigarette smell in bathroom, quickly fixed by housekeeping. Room was freezing (<19°C) all nights despite AC on max. Reported multiple times; small heater arrived late on day 3 but inadequate for 4 people. Caused sore throats and discomfort. Cleaning: Only towels/mull changed, no proper tidy-up. Friendly staff, good location near Cricklewood station. But needs better heating/maintenance. Hope for improvements or ...

„Sauberes Zimmer und viele Parkplätze.“

„For a short trip to Wembley, it's perfectly fine. It's only a 5-minute walk from Wembley Stadium, and the Underground station is right next to the hotel. The hotel has seen better days. The hallways had a musty smell, and the rooms felt worn and dated. The breakfast was nothing special. However, the staff were friendly and accommodating.“

„rooms are clean, very friendly personal, very central, good public transport just outside the Hotel...good breakfast....all in all would stay there again...danke...“

„Einfache Unterkunft, sehr kleines Zimmer, Bad sauber und Zustand i.O., Bett bequem, Preis Leistung sehr gut. Nur das Zimmerschloss sollte erneut werden. Da müsste man aufpassen “
