« The room was clean. This is my second time staying here and would book again in the future. The laundry needed cleaning, but other than that it was 100/10 stay. The check in process I had a hard time checking in. So I check in the front. Staff was overall ok »

« The property was very poorly kept and there was animal feces all outside on the back of the property the inside of the hallway smells like animal urine there was people banging doors and stomping throughout the whole stay they did not clean my room once the whole time I was there and I was there for 4 days »

« great hotel, excellent location near everything. amenities are great. rooms are spacious with fridge, microwave, 2 queens, pull out couch and a great bathroom. no complaints at all. my only grip is coffee on sunday. i came down 5 minutes after breakfast was over and just wanted coffee and they said they don't do coffee on the weekends. i would just ask for coffee available with the water all weekend. overall fantastic hotel, great little pool, really good hot tub, nice and hot with strong...

« The breakfast was good. The coffee tasted very bitter. The room was a handicap accessible room. The made took the chair off on the bathtub and my mom could not take a shower for the lastnight. The front desk would not put the chair on. The front desk had a couple of people who were helpful. The majority of the staff had an attitude. Three different women who were very rude. Two of the four nights my mom could not take a shower. They switched the room and made us wait until almost 430pm the next...

« The staff is top notch we ran into a problem with our TV they did everything they could to fix the problem but couldn't gave us a new room and helped us move our stuff to the new room. Will definitely stay there again »
