Bob's Beach Condo à Bella Vista par la plage de Jupiter!

Ce condo spacieux est parfaitement situé en bordure du parc Carlin, à seulement 1200 pieds de la plage! Sentez la brise de l'océan depuis votre balcon, profitez d'une promenade matinale à travers le parc et laissez-vous tenter par les magnifiques eaux aquatiques de Jupiter!

Notre condo est dans la communauté Bella Vista, avec une piscine, deux courts de tennis et de beaux jardins paysagers. La maison est un 3 lits / 2. 5 salles de bain, mais nous avons transformé la troisième chambre en une salle de lecture ensoleillée donnant sur le parc. Il s'agit de deux étages, avec deux suites parentales, une à l'étage et une en bas, toutes deux avec leur propre salle de bain complète. Il y a aussi un loft à l'étage qui s'ouvre sur votre propre balcon privé au troisième étage, avec une vue magnifique sur le parc!

Ce condo est l'un de nos endroits préférés et nous l'avons rempli de notre collection d'art et beaucoup d'amour! Il est entièrement équipé avec des draps, des appareils électroménagers, une laveuse / sécheuse et des fournitures de plage. Nous espérons que vous apprécierez notre maison confortable, détendue et balnéaire dans l'un des plus beaux endroits de la Floride !!

We recently stayed at this two-bedroom condo for our vacation, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, pool, with several restaurants (The Twisted Tuna) and a grocery store nearby, making everything quite convenient. The amenities provided in the condo were great and added to the comfort of our stay. Bob was great to deal with and provided all check-in information and was available to answer any questions. The space was clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout. Given our positive experience, we would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Lovely Jupiter stay

Property is well maintained, immaculate living and bedroom areas, very clean bathrooms, the owner is easily accessible by phone. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, that’s a big deal for us! Enjoyed the local artwork displayed in all the rooms. We were all very happy with our stay and would book the home again!

Mr and Mrs Sams place was wonderful! It was clean, had everything we needed for our stay, and was plenty of room for our family of 4 (2adults and 2teens). The Sams were very helpful with any questions we had before and during our stay. Perfectly located for all we wanted to do in Jupiter, easy walk to Carlin Park Beach and furthest we drove to anything was less than 10miles. Will definitely return if we visit Jupiter again!

Artful Space And Good Location

Most appealing to us was seeing the abundance of art in every room. Lots of color and a range of pieces made it a pleasure to be indoors. All rooms were clean and well maintained. We used the 2nd-floor bedroom with comfortable king-sized bed, own bathroom with tub/shower, and adjacent a lovely sitting area looking down on the 1st-floor living space. From there a sliding door provides access to a nicely sized patio overlooking the park with tennis and pickleball courts 50 yards away (far enough away that we couldn't hear most ball-striking activity). The kitchen had everything we needed (olive oil bought unnecessarily as that was there along with a small amount of coffee and basic spices). Outdoor temps were 65-low-80s and inside temps were comfortable at all times. Note that you have to climb a flight of stairs to go into the 2nd-floor property. We walked through the park to Carlin beach - about an 8 minute easy flat walk. We drove over with the beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels provided as that was a bit far to bring all of that. Driving to restaurants, the lighthouse, and blowing rocks area were all around 5-10 minutes away. Enjoyed a relaxing and fun stay!

Fun and Funky Jupiter Pad

We had a wonderful stay at this perfectly located spot in Jupiter with my wife, my parents, and our 16 month old. It's extremely close to the beach, restaurants, and the grocery store. We attended a wedding at the Pelican Club and it was extremely convenient to be so close while having the comfort and space to spread out and cook our own meals. Our toddler loved being so close to Carlin Park so we could run around and look for turtles in the morning. The space is decorated in a fun and funky classic Florida condo style with plenty of separate spaces and bathrooms so everyone gets a little privacy. We really liked the upstairs patio area. We'd absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone else looking for something in Jupiter.

Fantastic property on Carlin Park

We have repeatedly stayed and this beautiful and well appointed home . The owners are incredibly responsive and have attention to all details . A 5 minute walk to the ocean , restaurants and the park . Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay in Jupiter!

Truly the nicest hosts we’ve ever had, and the location and setup of the condo was absolutely perfect for our family! Easy to walk up to the beach or drive into town for meals. Publix is just a short ride away and the condo pool was awesome for our little ones. Thanks so much for your hospitality!

My husband and I stayed for several weeks in this beautiful condo . Perfectly appointed with everything you can possibly need . Decorated with magnificent art work . Very comfortable furnishings! Home away from home! The location to Carlin Park and the ocean is perfect along with shopping and restaurants nearby.

disappointing

The description said there was a main floor and an upper floor. It didn't say it was a second story condo with a first floor condo under it. There was an outside open stairway to get up to the door. As an 83 and 88 year old couple, it was impossible to carry suitcase and other supplies up those stairs. Fortunately we had someone with us who helped, although it was a struggle. The condo has glass shelves that are packed full of fragile things of no use to renters, and many tables that are covered with knickknacks, shells, etc. Although the basic condo was clean, all those knickknacks, glasses, dishes that are sitting around are full of dust. Bob was very nice but we will not be staying here again.

Bob is the best!

This was our second stay at Bobs and once again, it didn’t disappoint. Bob is a fantastic host and made himself available if we needed anything. He always gives great recommendations on dining and fun things to do. The condo is always clean, allows for a very comfortable stay and is conveniently located to anything you may need or want. Great stay in great location

We had a great stay at this property while in town for a wedding. Host was excellent and very communicative. A short five minute walk to a beautiful beach with beach chairs and towels provided by the host was a great plus. If in the area again, we'd certainly return!

Not a good experience

Paper thin walls - could clearly hear people talking in next unit . We like to watch a few TV shows after dinner but could hear the TV from the next unit . Had to turn volume uncomfortably high to be able to hear our show without hearing theirs. Some bathroom electrical outlets did not work. No drinking water ( had to go out & buy some ) , no paper towels or napkins. Stairs to unit entrance - paint mostly peeled off & lots of rust. For almost 2K for 4 nights, expected a more upscale condo.

Jupiter Vacation

This condo is right on Carlin Park , walking distance to everything- beach , tennis courts , pool , restaurants and shopping . The place is immaculate , we will not stay anywhere else when vacationing in Jupiter, This was our second tomes renting this condo and we will be renting many more times . If you enjoy the beach , pool , park and bike riding this is the place . The host , Bob , is great and ready to answer all questions to make your stay relaxing and fun .

Look no further

We had a great time during our stay in Jupiter with friends for my husband’s birthday. This was the perfect condo. We were with another couple so the layout was perfect! A master suite upstairs and one downstairs. Everything we needed was available. It was very clean and close to everything. It was a 15 min. Drive to Roger Dean where we spent two days watching our Cardinal team. We visited the beach. Although we could walk a short distance we drove since we had a lot of gear. All restaurants were very close. We took a boat tour on the Island Princess one afternoon and that was a lot of fun and well worth the money. We also visited the Wild Animal Sanctuary and the Loggerhead Marine Museum. Bob was very attentive and helpful. I would give this place a 5 plus stars! Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Jupiter.

Great location, lots of space

Loved our stay here! Walking distance to several great restaurants including my favorite, Twisted Tuna. A five minute walk across Carlin Park (which also has nice walking trails) gets you to the beach. The condo itself was also fantastic. I lived that there were THREE separate living room type areas, two of which had TVs. Loved also that there were three bathrooms, including two full en suite. I also appreciated the decor which was fun and Interesting as opposed to the super generic feel of most places like this this. Bob was a great, easy to reach host, and I enjoyed talking to him. If I were going to Jupiter again, I would literally plan the timing of my trip to make sure I could stay here again!

Perfect location, close to the beach, park and pool.

Warm and comfortable condo - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was so much room for my family of 5 to spread out we never felt that we were lacking for space. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach. We used the beach chairs, towels and umbrella provided, it was perfect for spending hours in the sun and sand. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of area to sit and relax. We would love to come back and stay but it seems this condo is so popular our time next year is already booked by someone else! Just another testament to how wonderful it is.
