« Overall the property was clean, however, the housekeeper was rude and very unprofessional. One hour before checkout, we were reminded by the housekeeper to leave the room immediately before checkout time. This was the first case where I was forced to pack my bags in a hurry. Would not recommend this place to anyone. We were confronted with an unconventional rule stating, unmarried or friends (male, female) cannot stay in one room and were asked to book another room by the receptionist. »

« There is no buffet breakfast, neither was informed to us earlier during check in. Room size was okay. However, pillows had not been changed, they were dirty. Kettle for making tea was dirty. Overall very disappointing stay, my advice book somewhere else. »

« I booked this hotel online through Expedia for my mother, but when we arrived at the listed address, the hotel didn’t exist. There was another hotel at the same address under a different name. To avoid further hassle, I had to book a room at that hotel instead. This was very confusing and inconvenient. Please make sure the listing is accurate to prevent this for other travelers. »

« Upon arrival I was told that rooms couldn't be assigned to non Indian citizens although I paid in advance. I was sent away to "other hotels" in Adarsh Nagar. I still haven't received a reimbursement for my payment. A terrible way to treat potential customers! Shame on you! »
