âStaff at this hotel were extremely accommodating and kind. The room was very clean and I liked the special touches from Egypt. There was a little language barrier which is expected. Th downfalls is that none of the amenities worked. The tv wasnât and Wi-Fi both werenât working. This is a nosy section with screaming kids until at least 1AM. The rooftop view was incredible!â

âI was able to cross off the pyramids of things that I needed to see in this lifetime without even leaving my beautiful gorgeous perfect accommodation. The manager on duty, Hasnan, made sure that my stay was beyond my expectations! My custom tradition style breakfast made to order was brought to my room with full service and all included. Having it on my private balcony with full view of those mighty pyramids was probably the highlight of my trip. â

âIch wurde bei der Anreise willkommen geheissen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bei einem Problem wird geholfen und eine Lösung gesucht.
Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck war sehr gut - ich habe diesen weissen KĂ€se am liebsten gehabt und man hat von der Dachterasse einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf die Pyramiden.â

âI was initially disappointed that a message I sent via Hotels.com went unanswered, but any concern disappeared upon arrival. The reception staff were fantastic - courteous, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful throughout my stay.
