Insgesamt war das Appartement ok, wie es so ist in der USA. Sauber war alles. Check Inn war mühsam da der Code nicht funktioniert hat u es mind 30 min gedauert hat, bis diese geantwortet hat. Nach 1 h wurde dann endlich ein neuer Code geschickt u wir konnten ins Appartement.

We had such a great time staying at this beautiful venue. The condo was perfect for our party of 8 adults. Everyone had their own space, and we loved being in a gated community. Very clean, and the host was very responsive when we just needed a couple more beach towels. Highly recommend! We would certainly stay here again!

Nice spacious, clean, condo well equipped with good kitchen and comfortable well maintained rooms. Layout is ideal for a family of 5 adults. Good location near the pool and an easy walk to the Ritz Carlton resort. Very pleasant place to stay in Turtle Bay.

The home was even more beautiful and spacious than it listed. The beds were comfy, the full stocked kitchen was perfect for cooking meals in, and the location so close to the pool made it great to take grandkids swimming easy. This home was perfect for our family vacation in Hawaii!

We really loved this spacious condo at Turtle Bay. Our group of 7 had plenty of space, lots of comfortable seating and the beds were comfy too. The property was neat, AC worked beautifully and everything on the listing was present. The only things I would note would be to pack your own shampoo/conditioner/soap and the kitchen does not have any dish cloths or towels and only one dishwasher tab, so pack those things with you too to make cleanup possible! Communication with the property manager was so easy! Definitely would recommend this place to stay.

Huge space, would be excellent for a large group, very well-maintained. The screened lanai is great in the mornings but rough in the afternoon and evenings, with the direct sun and the outflow from the AC units. The electric grill was functional but it didn't feel much like grilling -- on the other hand there is a BBQ in the pool area nearby, and the kitchen is overwhelmingly well-equipped, with far more utensils and cookware than I'm used to seeing in a rental.Golf course view but never saw anybody golfing, which was a bit odd. Beaches are a 10-minute walk. Groceries are a bit of a drive -- Foodland Pupukea is probably the closest -- think about stocking up on your way in; the fruit stand and shave ice out on the main road is nice for what it is but won't have most staples.

Family vacation

We had a group of 6 adults and a toddler. The place was perfect for our group. The place is located in a great spot as the pool is right across from the condo. The resort is a great destination to walk to and lei leis is right across the way. The condo has numerous fans and the air conditioning works well. The room behind the kitchen does get a bit warmer so the air in that room is essential; especially during the summer. The water leaks from one of the ac units on the deck, just so you are aware. Just part of the unit usage. Our stay was memorable because we got to spend time as a family. The enclosed deck is perfect with cutting down on bugs. The bbq is electric and we did use it while we were there. The entry doors help with air through flow. They are a bit bent. If I had a comment I would look to change the screen doors. Parking was great. We had 3 vehicles and the condo does come with 2. They have quite a few guest parking. The security is courteous and helpful. We never used the passes. I think they come into play if there is an issue. This condo is perfect for families. We enjoyed the facilities and would stay again. I am from the islands and can honestly say it is such a pleasure to decompress at a relaxing spot. The positives outweigh the negatives…which are minuscule in comparison to the positives. Have a family, this is the place to stay. You can be together with enough space to be on your own.

Beautiful property. Quiet surroundings. Perfect for multi family stay. 2 master bedrooms and a large loft with sitting area, queen bed and 2 twins. Very nice well-stocked kitchen. Very pleased. BUT VERY DISAPPOINTED that the BBQ that was pictured, advertised and that I paid to have was still not working despite other reviews that had previously complained about it. We planned most dinners to be BBQ, so this was a big problem for us. Please do not advertise a BBQ that you know is not working. Otherwise a very wonderful location and condo.

November beach stay

The house was wonderful for our family vacation in November. We loved the location, the house, parking, and close to everything. The house is stocked with everything you will need. We picked up food and cooked a lot of our meals at the house. We couldn’t get the barbecue to work and I wasn’t sure who to call or how to contact help. The beach was close and a small peak of the ocean can be seen through the trees from the screened in porch. If I were to go again, I would park at public beach spots by the resort or drop off all the gear and have my husband walk over since it was a little ways packing all the gear. I wish the check in instructions would have given more details on how to get to the beach. The beds were great and we loved the screened in porch. We had wifi that worked the first day, but then didn’t work the other days. I’m not sure if we accidentally turned it off or if it just wasn’t working. Overall amazing and would stay again. Loved all the seating and family gathering areas.

Amazing accommodation at Kuilima estate Hawaii

Classy condo with everything you need away from home. Each bedrooms have its own bathrooms. Place is so clean and spacious. Kitchen is wonderfully equipped with pots, pans, utensils. The house was beautiful. A/C was a huge thing for us to have and this property did not disappoint. They have an A/C unit in every room and they work wonderfully. They have a ton of items for you to use when you go out to the beach ie, sand toys, umbrellas, mats, chairs, sports balls. We enjoyed our stay and def would consider staying here again.

Wonderful Stay in Turtle Bay

My family (2 couples and two individuals) had an excellent stay at this property. It was the perfect set up for our party with two downstairs bedrooms with individual bathrooms and the upstairs with two separate sleeping areas and a bathroom. We stayed for 5 nights but wished we could stay for many more. The property was fully stocked with beach towels, everything you need for cooking, and even beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel equipment, and boogie boards. It’s about a ten minute walk to Turtle Bay resort where you can get coffee, shop, and go to restaurants and of course the beach. My family was already talking about the next time we can go back. Thank you!

Great, quiet place to stay around North Shore.

If you are looking for a beautiful and quiet place to stay while in Hawaii I highly recommend Turtle bay. It’s off the beaten path. I had plenty of room to run, walk, and hike. Our families really enjoyed the spacious condo. 15 and 17 year olds slept upstairs which was great. Private beach time was only a 10 minute walk from the condo. I felt safe to do all of these things alone. We have stayed in Hawaii two times before in Waikiki. I will never stay anywhere else than turtle Bay. Food trucks were within a 5 minute drive. We loved meals at Ted’s Bakery, 7 Brothers, and the corn dog truck (fried pineapple = amazing). The grocery store is close enough that you don’t need to buy any extras. There are beaches everywhere! Beautiful! My only suggestions to make this property better would be a broom and operating directions for appliances. Also, please leave out an experience book for guests! This is a great opportunity for guests to share what they love about the area! ❤️

Friends 25th Anniversary

Great place for family or friends to stay. We were 3 couples, everyone had their space and the place was very comfortable, especially with the AC units. Nice screened in Lanai overlooking the golf course. Everyone enjoyed the place, would definitely use again.
