« Highly recommend this rental! Everything was very clean, cozy and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and listening to the stream running by, especially at night. We also appreciated how communicative the host was. The rental is just a few minutes from the shopping area in Sedona, but is in a quiet, natural setting. The Pink Jeep tour was great and drove to the Grand Canyon- about 2 hours which was amazing. Just get to any local hikes early-parking areas fill up. »

« Host was really helpful. Most places dont have AC, or a need for it, but I stayed during a rainy heat wave. Host provided me with a few fans and brought me a box fan for window at my request. Convenient spot for travel medical workers at FMC. Can't beat a 2 minute walk to work. »

« The location among the red rocks next to the cathedral is stunning. We enjoyed our stay. Erik was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. Lovely property. »

« Cozy little place in a very quiet small condo community. Easy to get to, quiet but close to main drag so it is easy to get to Safeway etc but not in the thick of traffic. Great size for a couple. It was clean and host was very easy to communicate with and gave great instructions on how to get there . Laundry area is very close in a separate building and takes credit card . I have no complaints and would stay again! »

« One of the best properties right on the banks of Oak Creek that we've stayed at! We felt like we were in the middle of a hardwood forest, except that we also enjoyed all of the modern amenities. Yet, we were only a few blocks from the middle of Sedona. Both our unit and the grounds were updated and well maintained. We had our choice of three outdoor hot tubs, only one of which was warm enough for the evening spring temperatures. While not for kids, it was a very enjoyable location to spend...

« Best feature of the property is a very nice view from the balcony. However, 3 levels including a loft (surprise), also 1 and1/2 baths, (not 2). Patio furniture and many other items should be updated. Window in loft will not close, (nights are getting cold). A really good deep cleaning is overdue and would be a nice touch for the arriving guests. We were also asked to take out the trash and begin the laundry before departure. What was the cleaning fee for?? »
