„Hübsches Hotel zentral in Montecito, allerdings ohne jeden Erholungswert. Es liegt direkt an der Route 101 und gehörte einst Charlie Chaplin. Das Bad ist winzig und alt. Das Zimmer war sauber und ansprechend, jedoch ebenfalls kllein. Es gibt einen netten, kleinen Pool im spanischen Stil. Das Personal an der Rezeption war wenig kommunikativ.“

„We loved our stay at the Palihouse in Santa Barbara. The hotel is so beautiful and there is so much love in every details. First, there is free parking which is quite convenient. While we checked in, we got a glass of champaign which was really nice and we felt welcome. The pool area is not too big, but we were lucky and there was always free space and it was comfortable to hang out there. „Was here over 30 years ago and don't remember it being this beautiful! Grounds are immaculate and constantly being groomed. Peace and absolute quiet. Understated elegance, (rustic), quiet, absolutely professional staff all around---from the front gatehouse to the car valet.
