„This is a special property. Nestled in the oaks and green hills you feel a sense of peace and calm. Adding to that was the quaint interior of the apartment with its cozy living area, claw foot tubs and angled ceilings. The beds were very comfortable. Though we don’t have small children anymore, the living area is open and spacious and offers plenty of room for children to play should they grow tired of running around the expansive lawn. „The best summer vacation in Santa Barbara, CA. The place was a lot better than I imagined specially with the garage because parking is hard anywhere in this town. I was able to be here for the 4th of July and Fiestas, which was an amazing location for both. My kids , mom and I were really comfortable in this place that it felt like home.
