The staff was super easy to communicate with, and they were very responsive when I asked for an electric kettle ahead of time to help me prepare formula for our infant. Check in directions were very clear. Overall the rooms are in good condition, and it’s great to have all the necessary beach gear, but would suggest bringing additional beach towels yourself! The mattress in the main bedroom off the living room was super lopsided and the carpet has seen better days. Upon arrival we also saw that the thermostat for the AC in the unit cannot be lowered below 74 degrees for environmental reasons. This was really challenging with an infant, who needs cooler temperatures for safe sleep. There was no indication of this when booking the unit and would have likely deterred us from booking if we had known this earlier. The grounds were beautiful and it was lovely to sip coffee in the mornings on the patio and to look over the fishponds. The facility pool was not heated and very cold, so sadly we did not go in the water once. The beach access was lovely though, but would suggest getting out early as chairs do fill up!
