The Space:

The spacious and open layout featuring top of the line furnishing, designer decor, a fully appointed chef's kitchen, 100" Big screen TV with sound system and bluetooth speakers make gathering with friends and family effortless. You'll love the seamless indoor-outdoor living, thanks to the living room's garage-style door that opens to combine the spaces. The private hot tub under a blanket of stars is sure to be a highlight, as is gathering around the propane firepit while you stargaze. It's truly a one-of-a-kind experience.



This home comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests. Bedroom 1 features a king-sized bed, while Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed and an XL twin. Additionally, there’s a cozy bunkbed nook just off the living room, as well as a large couch in the living room, perfect for extra travelers.



There are also 2 full bathrooms with Bathroom 1 featuring a tub/shower combo, and Bathroom 2 showcasing a beautiful walk-in shower. Bathroom 2 is split between 2 rooms, one housing the shower and the other the vanity and toilet, offering privacy for all guests.

Guests will enjoy full use of the home and property, and will be sent a unique check-in code prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Centrally located in the heart of Kanab. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and gas stations. Easy access to Hwy 89 and Hwy 89A, making travel easy and convenient.



Getting Around:

This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, the north rim of the Grand Canyon, as well as hiking and biking trails.



Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.



Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.



Other Things to Note:

Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date. This cancellation policy does not apply to HVMB guests.



This home is pet friendly (dogs only) with a 2-pet limit. Dogs must be kept in a crate if they are being left unattended in the home. Please clean up after your pet both inside and out. Thank you for your respect and cooperation!



Unfortunately, we have had a few issues with guests who have damaged the hot tub or left it so dirty, we've had to have hot tub services come after hours to drain/refill or fix the hot tub. If we must service the hot tub due to damage or excessive dirtiness after your stay, you will be charged the actual service cost, with a minimum fee of $125. Dirt, urine, sweat, sunscreen, and lotion all contribute to water so dirty that a drain and refill is necessary. Please shower off before entering the hot tub. Thank you for understanding!



We offer a free concierge service with some great recommendations! Kanab is situated in the "Grand Circle" area and known as the "Hub of the Parks", centrally located among Zion National Park (30 miles), Bryce Canyon National Park (77 miles), the Grand Canyon (North Rim - 80 miles). You can also visit Pipe Springs National Monument (21 miles), the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument (15 miles), Vermilion Cliffs National Monument (77 miles), Coral Pink Sand Dunes (20 miles), Kodachrome Basin (93 miles), Lake Powell/Glen Canyon Recreation Area (75 miles), the "Wave"/Paria Wilderness (50 miles), Horseshoe Bend (77 miles), Cedar Breaks National Monument (65 miles) and so much more. Please note mileage is approximate and may vary by a few miles.
