« The hotel did not switch on generator for about 3 to 4 hours at night when regular electric supply was disrupted. On complaining ,the staff said that as customers did not request for generator supply, they did not switch it on. Their position was that now since you asked for it, we shall switch the generator on whereas it should have been a matter of routine in the event of power disruption. Secondly, regardless of discomfort & disturbance to guests, continous hammering was resorted to at night...

« We had a wonderful stay at Echor Tree Mandara Village. The hotel was beautiful, very clean, great location and kind staff. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious, and the restaurant was delicious. It also has a beautiful view of the mountains and Dharamshala. Highly recommended and will be staying again when back! »

« I had a really pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable and offered a nice view. The staff was very friendly and helpful which made the stay even better. Room service was quick and everything I ordered tasted great — really fresh and well-prepared. The breakfast buffet was one of the highlights, with plenty of variety and different items every day, which kept it interesting.
