« Apartment was exactly as described and pictured, and I love that Angie says to “snoop around” for items for use because I always feel so awkward “snooping around” for kitchen items, linens, etc. in any rental! « We stayed with this host before when we came up to kc about a year ago for a trip to childrens mercy. we had another one today so we decided to book with them again and stayed in their other apartment to check it out since they were attached. Apartment was just as beautifu and as comfortable as the 1st one. Only thing we can complain about is the faint smell of pot from possibly the people who might of stayed there before us. Still give it 5 stars!! Becuase it was homie and very afordable »

« We found the place to be a bit dirty. The grout in bathroom was extremely dirty. Toilet paper holder and Towel hook both broken. Bed was horribly uncomfortable. It’s could be great but felt like there was not a lot of motivation to clean simple things to make it nice for renters. Unfortunately we won’t go back. »

« The property was well kept and perfectly located for restaurants in walking distance. Although it was street parking only we had no issues always finding a spot within 100 ft of the courtyard entry. The patio area was great for morning coffee. There are 2 tables with sun umbrellas but some shade at the deck patio would have made it perfect. »
