« The stay was nice and the bed and room were comfy and beautiful but the only complaints I have was this 1. Our room was not cleaned or had fresh towels our entire 3 day stay and I called and asked multiple times each day and arrived to our bed not made and the towels on the floor 2. Our phone in our room didn’t work and I asked to have it replaced and was also ignored 3. It would be a lot better to have a pool or spa room for a 4 star hotel 4. Parking is in a garage that is 14$ per day that is...

« The pillows were terrible. 18"x18" on a king bed. The comforter was hirrible as well. Restaurant that served breakfast was good but should have been included. Coffee was VERY watered down. Overall, it was safe and quiet. »

« Ok Where to begin. The room was great,the bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean. However: the place in general was gross. The smell of water damage was present and there was only 1 elevator for the entire North tower. One guy said they are there every year and it has been like that for 3 years now. « Normally we can make do wherever! We travel alot and have stayed in the best and camped out in the worst. This was among the worst. It has a very dirty feel. It smells...dirty. The people staying there, lives there and that usually tells the story. I wouldn't stay again. Ever. The gal who checked us in couldnt see! She had lost her hlasses- bless her heart. But she was 2 inches away from the screen and the the keyboard. It took a very long time to check in. Just dont stay »

« The local was good other than that the bathroom floor in the room was falling apart. The room had flys pool and workout room was closed coffee was cold and was going to take a hour to get fresh. »
