« Our room was clean, the staff was great, and our bed was comfortable. Knowing this was a newer property, we were surprised to find that the bathroom door didn't close properly, there was a big corner chip out of the bathroom mirror, the adhesive-backed lotion dispenser had fallen off the textured wall, and one of the shades did not operate well. »

« I was so happy to find a decent place to stay on a long stretch of Rt 36 in Kansas that has very few hotels. This one was just right for a road trip overnight. The staff was lovely and I got a good night’s sleep. Bonus! There’s a fabulous little family run Mexican place, La Bambas, just a stone’s throw away! I couldn’t have been happier that night. »

« We booked due to a baseball tournament, and checked in 2 hours after check in time. Recieved our key and went to our room and it was not even ready yet. When we went down to talk to the front desk, she was rude and said "nothing I can do, you will have to wait". We already had taken all our stuff out and went to our room and the beds were stripped/trash still in there and it wasnt cleanes, had we known before our room wasnt going to be ready for a while, we wouldve came back, but wasnt told...
