We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and top maintained condominium with - indeed - a five star view. Beautiful views on a beautiful property. We made use of the pool and the grills. Evenings were spent relaxing on the lanai. We really enjoyed this location as we felt we were in the middle of the island and had equal access to both the north and south.

Pure Heaven on Earth!

Hands down this is one of the best VRBO experiences we have ever had. Kara was so responsive and helpful. The property is AMAZING. Seriously stocked with anything and everything you might need. I found myself saying, "I wonder if they have..." and then I would look in the most logical place it would be and the item would be there! Truly they have thought of everything. The view is simply spectacular. We arrived when it was pitch black at night so we couldn't see the view, and when I awoke to the waves the next morning, the view brought me to tears. It is absolute heaven on earth. Location great for exploring both ends of the island and so close to airport. Lae Nani is DEFINITELY the best beach we could have stayed on the eastside. Beautiful little cove, gorgeous expansive lawn, beautifully maintained property grounds. Simply stunning. Beds were comfortable, and it was nice to have totally separate living spaces for our two teen girls (whose room looked like a bomb exploded with their clothes and we did not have to see it cause the room is tucked in the back at the end of the hall!) Perfection! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I think this condo is in the ideal building (for us at least) because it is so private and close to the sand. Loved! Loved! Loved! Thank you Kara!!!

Great place

Great place. The view from the balkony is to die for. The place was well equipped, clean and cozy. We like this close location to Coconut Market. We did not have any problems with the place and we enjoyed it a lot.

Absolute perfection

“Steps To The Beach” is perfect. Our host and her team have done a wonderful job on this unit. From sunrise to after sunset, the views and sounds of the ocean are mesmerizing. Kara’s place was great! Organization of everything in the kitchen, laundry room, beach equipment, etc., was impeccable. Communication with Kara was super easy, she was very responsive and offered quick solutions for a couple minor things that came up. Would 100% stay here again!

Beautiful place, steps to the beach! Amazing stay! The property and housekeeping managers were exceptional to communicate with. My only suggestion - for checking in, guests receive a separate email to just provide which building to go to and access codes to have it all in one email. Front desk doesn’t have guests names attached to the rooms, only owners.

Easter Break 2024

We stayed at this condo in March/April 2024. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The master bed was comfortable and my teens said that their extra long twin beds were also very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped and had a very quiet dishwasher. The unit does not have its own BBQ but there are shared grills a short walk away. The unit had 4 beach chairs, 4 boogie boards, 6 large beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a mid sized cooler for our use. Despite not having air conditioning, the many fans and strong ocean breeze was more than enough to keep the condo cool. The condo is on the second floor of a three level building so we could hear some footsteps above and were advised to tread lightly for the guests below us. It was convenient to have a large washer and dryer so that we could pack lightly. The lanai looked directly at the ocean and the beach was clean with soft deep sand. My teenagers boogie boarded, swam, and played catch on the beach daily. There is a tennis court in the complex but it was occupied every time that we tried to play. The pool was small but very clean. There is an awesome restaurant at the hotel next door and the Coconut Market shops (with ABC Store, free hula show, farmers market, shave ice, restaurants, etc) are couple blocks away. Overall we had a great experience staying here and would highly recommend it!

Awesome!

We have stayed at Lae Nani many times so no surprises there. We absolutely love staying there. This 2 bedroom condo was in a great location within the development. The condo was very well stocked with supplies and we really appreciated the extra towels, sheets, etc. Contacted the owner a couple of times with questions and response was immediate and very helpful. The condo was clean and updated. We would definitely stay there again. I can’t think of a single negative thing to say. Mahalo nui loa!

We first visited Lae Nani in 1995. This is our tenth trip to the island and staying at this property. Lae Nani is truly lovely. We loved this condo and is definitely one of our favorites. We spent two weeks in this amazing condo that felt like home..every amenity possible was there and enjoyed by us..the location was perfect and provided easy access to both the north shore and Poipu..very quiet beach and condo complex …really loved walking next door to LavaLava for fresh dishes and great breakfasts…also a fabulous spot to catch the sunrise..had two dinners at Dukes and must say I would not recommend..prices were too high for quality of the food..Tidepools at the Grand Hyatt in Poipu was off the charts !!! Beautiful oceanfront condo

This is a beautiful oceanfront property for a relaxing vacation in Kauai. We enjoyed listening to the ocean waves daily, and the view was exactly what we hoped for. The property is conveniently located within walking distance of shops and restaurants. It is also a short ride to the airport. The condo included beach chairs, beach umbrella, and boogie boards. It was so convenient to walk to the beach and have all of the beach gear available for us to use. We visited in January and the weather was perfect with the windows open and fans on. The owner was quick with communication and very accommodating. Overall the property met expectations and we would stay here again.

Great condo

Excellent place for a week vacation. Location is probably the best in the complex. The condo was stocked with everything you need. The beach was secluded and swimming was fun. I would definitely recommend to book this place.
