„Well kept grounds. Quiet complex. Clean and adequate swimming pool. Great communication from host. Exactly as described. Great place for a single or a couple to crash at the end of a day of sight seeing. Nothing exotic…basically a large hotel room…but that’s what we expected for the price and that’s what we wanted. „Clean apartment with everything you need for your vacation. Supermarket is directly across the street, plenty of food trucks are nearby. Location is very good, as all parts of the island are easy to reach. The beach of the condo is not really a swimming beach, but that was totally fine for us, as there are so many beautiful beaches to go and the pool works totally great for short cool downs. “

This place is 2 minor upgrades from being PERFECT! I did get a little warm in the living room so an AC in the living room and remove the tree (as pretty as it is) it blocks an incredible view from the sofa. “

„This resort property is ideally located near Kapa’a, convenient to a grocery store, numerous dining options and beaches. The grounds are well kept, the pool is lovely with its waterslides and lagoon sand-bottom hot tubs. The beach is pretty with chaise lounges and Adirondack chairs for use. However, it is a rocky beach and waves/current are strong and not ideal for swimming or snorkeling.
