« Stayed here with friends in July of 2025. Felt like it was a bit risky since there weren’t a lot of reviews yet, but this place exceeded my expectations in every way possible. Amazing views, perfect pool, and immaculately cleaned. It’s a little off the beaten path but very easy to get to. Only ten minutes to red hook for dining options and ten minutes to beautiful sapphire beach. Amazing stay and we’ll be back! »

« Our family vacation at this property was amazing. Communication with Bianca and Della was stellar! They were very responsive and went above and beyond. Della was very kind to offer suggestions on local restaurants and places to visit.Location is ideal. We walked to the beach beside Sandals (10 minutes) and lots of restaurants are within walking distance. A grocery store is not too far away as well. It is in a safe neighbourhood, although the house next door was abandoned (possible future reno?)...

« Had a wonderful stay! Many separate bedrooms and you cannot beat the view of the beach and access to it. Awesome pool and hot tub. Tons of walkable food destinations. Close to El Yunque waterfalls. 30-ish mins from San Juan. I hosted a group of 6 friends here and we had an absolute blast. This place is awesome! »

« We had a great time. Fully stocked appreciate the amenities such as beach chairs. Mayra met us at check in to give full walk thru. Even came back with a new bag of dish pods. A bit disappointed the dryer broke prior to our stay so we had to hang dry clothes. The house was very clean. Other then a few ants in the back bedroom. Which Mayra brought us spray for. « The view from the deck high in the mountains is incredible. The location is amazing and close to all the main beaches. The house has everything you want and need. Close also to local markets. Definitely would stay here again. Does need some updating, but nothing that would keep me from staying here again! Perfect place to stay, location is everything! »

Des travaux a effectuer dans plusieurs chambres , car certaines douches ne fonctionnaient pas ainsi que certaines climatisations.Les fermetures de certaines portes et du portail sont à revoir. Usées et fragiles. Pas de gaz au niveau de la gaziniÚre. Nous avons du appeler afin qu'une personne vienne changer la bouteille. Et , dommage mais réveillés par les chiens...
