„Pro: the electronic devices were working, WiFi was fast and reliable. Scenic view. Con: dirty and smelly furniture, we did some cleaning but gave up on it in the end, the insolence of it is that you have to pay a cleaning fee, we did plenty of pictures that prove all the dirt; most of the windows are rotten and broken, at one window tape covers the cracks in the glass; mattresses were uncomfortable; water strongly tastes like mold, so we had to boil it to make it potable; there is a mouse hole ...

Quite a delightful spot near all the prime locations in Dunedin and the place has wonderful views. We enjoyed playing records on the turntable and lounging in the lovely living room.
