Dear Soner,Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback on your recent stay at the KI.I was sorry to read there were a number of areas that didn’t meet your expectations. We should have picked up that the TV wasn’t working correctly prior to your arrival; this is something our management team have discussed to ensure our room presentation checks are being followed at all times. Our friendly team are always happy to help at the time also if made aware. With our recently renovated pool and surrounds being an area that our guests enjoy relaxing at we appreciate your thoughts on the cleanliness, temperature and music played. While the pool filtration does run continuously, and the pool does get cleaned daily, our maintenance team have been made aware to ensure the pool presentation is always at its best. We will also review the volume of music playing as it is intended to sit in the background, not to disrupt relaxation.We understand our guests have a choice when booking and as such are continuously looking to adapt and improve our offering to provide a quality experience to those staying. Good Morning, All the terms and conditions of the bookings are displayed on the expedia website when booking. When it is booked through expedia the hotel also have to follow the terms and conditions set by expedia. If you would like to discuss further you may contact the hotel and let us know your name or booking number and we will happily be able to discuss it further with you.

This winter the whole pool area and gardens will be renovated with decking, new fence and shade. We hope you can visit us again and it will be ready for you.

Unfortunately without knowing the specific function or how you booked I cannot confirm the exact reason they were unable to refund you. If you have directly paid Wotif when you booked this is likely the issue as the travel agent themselves have charged your card and they are a third party which we do not control.
