„The lady on reception last night was lovely. Showed us round the facilities and to my room. Bedroom was clean and tidy. Was going for an operation so want able to do breakfast but I’d definitely book again and bring my girls. The hotel was a lovely old manor style house with all its features.“

„We were on the Cleveland Way and Head a very nice stay at this Hotel just a few minutes away from Guisborough. The Hotel has a traditional Charme of the Victorian Era and lies in a wonderful Park“

„We were on the Cleveland Way and stayed One Night. It seems that Backpackers Are Not that welcome. Nevertheless we hat a nice stay in Saltburn and enjoyed a sunny day. “

„Very poor quality sofa bed, should be 2 singles for adults or children.“

„The staff were very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The room we received was very comfortable and clean. Parking was available near the hotel.“

„We were on the Cleveland Way and the Kings Head es our resting place after a long adventurous walk. A very nice Spot, friendly staff. Thank you “

„This is a mixed review. From the pictures given on expedia you are expecting a large hotel. It is not, it is a terraced house with multiple rooms in a run down area but having said that, the host was lovely, the property although needs work, is clean and tidy and very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the tea/coffee and biscuits were a very nice addition. It has a large smart TV which has a great reception. I was pleasantly surprised“

„This is a great place to stay. Views are great and it’s clean and affordable.“
