« This was the second time I stayed at this property and really do love it. It is close enough to my family in Ridgefield for me to fee like I am just around the corner, while being in a quiet, peaceful private property. The setup was perfect for myself and my mom, but could also accommodate a larger group. It isn’t a big space, but had everything that we needed. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely be looking to stay here again on another visit. Thank you! »

« Nice view on the top of the mountain….I admired the river with the bridge and the surroundings until late in the night. The accommodation was excellent, we had everything we needed.… we are thinking of coming back sometime…. »

« Lovely two weeks in the carriage house on the Croton River. Hosts Patrick and Kathryn were attentive and helpful, the area was full of fun adventures for my husband, a cyclist, and me (jogger and kayaker). Swimming in the Croton from the dock was so great, especially on warm days. Kayaking in the Croton was peaceful and full of fun water birds. »

« Every step of the way from initial inquiries to farewell messages was a delight. Questions were kindly and promptly answered, and that gave us a lot of peace of mind about our stay even before we arrived.The Ice Cream cottage was everything we could have hoped for and more. All the little things that make traveling a breeze are here: plenty of (shaded!) parking, easy access, great air conditioning (we visited in the summer), wonderful wifi, impeccable cleanliness, fully-equipped kitchen,...

« We had a relaxing weekend stay at this beautiful historic cottage in Corwell on Hudson, very convenient for access to Storm King and other museums as well as Cold Spring and Bear Mountain.The Host was super helpful and responded to our questions immediately. « Beautifully clean, well decorated home with comfortable furniture and beds. Coming from the flat lands of the midwest, the hills and curves to get to the home (especially in the dark) are something to be aware of. I was glad my husband was driving.
