Nicht immer zimmer reinigung für 2 Personen nur ein mal handtücher man musste das Personal immer wieder drauf aufmerksam machen man musste an der bar auf Personal warten

Top Hotel in einer guten Lage!
Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden und wenn man in die Innenstadt will, wird vom Hotel ein Taxi bestellt (2,50) Euro. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend eigerichtet und werden jeden Tag gereinigt, das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Lauter Zimmer. Keine Geräuschisolierung . Kein ruhige Schlaff möglich. Badezimmer- Schimmel in der Dusche, Brause fehlt auseinander, Duschkabine fehlt auch auseinander. Staubige Zimmer. Staubsauger selten im Einsatz. Reinigung oberflächig. Nur Sprühflasche. Zwei Sterne werden mehr als genug. Frühstück und Parkplatz nur vor de Buchung. Nach der Buchung (in der Bestätigung) nur noch als Zusatzleistungen zu bezahlen. Danke nicht mehr.

Ein tolles Hotel
Sehr gutes und sauberes Hotel. Nette Bedienung. Parkplätze und Frühstück sind jedoch relativ teuer. Kostenlose Parkplätze praktisch nicht verfügbar. Trotzdem bin ich sehr zufrieden gewesen.

Great service, they upgraded my room size. Happy the freezer in the min fridge was larger than normal. Easy to uber around and this place is closer to the train station than I thought. It is nice to have a restaurant at the top also with good food and nice staff. Get the breakfast also in the mornings.

The staff were great and friendly. The WiFi in my room did not work properly i only got signal in half of my room and so I had to rely on data mostly. My room card stopped working TWICE in a 4 night stay and had to have reception re-scan the card. That wasn't uncommon either because I met other people who had that same issue. Other than that it was high quality with lots of amenities.

worst overnight stay ever
My booking was transferred to Hotel Diament Vacanza, which is a much lower standard hotel. I only found out about it when I arrived at the hotel. I have not received price compensation. I have terrible experience after staying in this hotel

Śniadanie w cenie 70 zł to jakieś nieporozumienie. Nie warte nawet 20 zł. Druga sprawa to parking hotelowy w cenie 50 zł - czy wszyscy już totalnie poszaleli? Nawet w Niemczech parkingi hotelowe są tańsze!

Ok Hotel but no cleaning during a stay of 3 nights. The reception said that they will come every day but no show. Asked for new towels at least and the we got plenty which was great. The gym was very nice and well equipped. Great breakfast

It is a nice place to stay for a coupe of days. Quite close to the city center. Uber was always 5 min away. Hotel restaurant is very good. Quite spacious too. Overall, the hotel feels quite safe. Carpeting is not new. It can be a bit noisy from the other room neighbors.
