The home sits in a quiet, beautiful historic neighborhood in Kaukauna, surrounded by charming character homes. Tree-lined streets and sidewalks make it easy to enjoy a peaceful walk or jog, and Riverside Park is about a 15-minute walk away.



It's also a great central base for exploring Northeast Wisconsin:



Appleton: about 10 minutes



Green Bay and Lambeau Field: about 25 minutes



Oshkosh: about 30 minutes



The Space:

This home is made for gathering, with room for everyone to relax and enjoy the river views.



The kitchen is fully equipped and has a beautiful commercial-grade gas range, ready for big family meals or a weekend of cooking together. Two separate living rooms, one on the main floor and one on the lower level, both have smart TVs, so there's always a spot for a movie night or some quiet downtime.



Five bedrooms sleep up to 10 guests, and two full bathrooms plus two half baths keep busy mornings running smoothly. A washer and dryer are also available, which helps on longer stays.



Outside, the fire pit and chairs overlook the Fox River, a perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening by the fire.



Guest Access:

The entire home is yours during your stay, including both living rooms, the kitchen, all five bedrooms, the bathrooms, the laundry and the outdoor fire pit area.



This is a self-check-in property with keyless entry, so you can come and go as you please. Your check-in instructions and personal entry code will come through Breezeway before you arrive.



Please make yourself at home, and respect any locked doors, storage areas or spaces marked private.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a quiet, beautiful residential neighborhood, you will absolutely fall in love with the charm of this home and the surrounding character homes of the neighborhood. Streets lined with tall trees and safe sidewalks in every direction will lead you on nice quiet walks or jogs around the area. THIS is the spot!



Getting Around:

Uber and Lyft are available for trips around Kaukauna, Appleton and the rest of the Fox Cities. It can take longer to get a ride late at night, during Packers games and big events, or in winter weather, so we suggest booking a little early.



A car is the easiest way to explore the area, with Appleton, Green Bay and Oshkosh all within a short drive. The home has off-street parking for two vehicles, and street parking is available for any extra cars. When parking on the street, please follow posted signs and any seasonal or winter parking rules, and don't block neighbors' driveways.



Other Things to Note:

The home is near the Fox River, so please keep a close eye on children and pets near the water at all times.



Please use the fire pit with care. Never leave a fire unattended, keep children supervised, and make sure the fire is completely out before going inside.



The home has a lower-level living room, so guests should be comfortable using stairs.



The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood, so please be considerate of the neighbors, especially outdoors and after 10:00 PM.



Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the home. If we find signs of smoking or vaping, a $250 fine will be charged. Parties and events are also not allowed.



If you notice any damage or maintenance problems, please message us through Breezeway right away so we can fix them.



Interaction with Guests:

We want you to feel welcome and well taken care of during your stay. With keyless self check-in, you can come and go as you please and enjoy Kaukauna at your own pace.
