Our kitchen is stocked up with essentials like a fridge, stove, and microwave, making it easy to whip up your favorite meals. And when it’s time to unwind, the living room offers a TV and a dining table, creating a perfect spot for relaxation and enjoying meals together. We hope you feel right at home!



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the apartment, including the heating system, kitchen amenities, bathroom products, and the balcony.

Thanks to our professional cleaning service, the apartment is always sparkling clean. It features a self-check-in system for your convenience, and guests benefit from 24/7 security service.

The apartment is situated in New Gudauri F4, which features restaurants, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage facilities. It is conveniently located just 50 meters from the Gondola ski lift. The surrounding area offers a variety of restaurants, spa centers, and a pool for guests to enjoy.
