It is kind of a boarding house situation with different guests in different bedrooms I missed that it wasn't air conditioned in the description. Temp was ok at night but pretty warm mid afternoon. Easy walk to beaches and pool. Meh bed.“

„This was a perfect house for our first visit to Kauai. The homeowners have thought of everything. They manage it themselves and put a lot of attention to detail into their home. „We had a good stay. The Beach is more like a 5-7 minute walk vs. 2 minutes. The home was clean and all appliances in good working order. The noise from the main road, roosters crowing at 4:00 am and next door neighbors with their boom box music for the first few days was annoying. We were asked if we would set out the garbage can on the street the first day we checked in and on the morning of check out, asked if we would put the sheets and pillow cases in the washer before we left. Condo was clean and well stocked. The lanai was wonderful all day. Fabulous communication with the owner. We would definitely stay here again.“
