„Everything is good and reception staff are so good, friendly and helpful“

„The rooms were fine-we’d stay there again. The bathroom fan was running in the wrong direction-pulling air in.“

„Schön gelegenes Mittelklass-Hotel. Zu empfehlen. Gastro-Angebot mittelmässig. Sonst zu empfehlen,“

„We used the Hare & hounds as a stopover on our way home but will give serious consideration to returning to explore the Lakes from there“

„Close to the train station.“

„Unterkunft alt und in einen sehr schlechten Zustand. Preis Leistung Verhältnis ungenügend. Völlig überteuert für den miserablen Zustand. Personal ist freundlich und die Lage war gut. An Wyndham Anlage unbedingt renovieren. 😡“

„We had cabin 1 and it was great. Hot tub, wood, everything was lovely and well thought out. Everything you need was there“

„Exceptional stay! Beautiful breakfast, great location and very clean! Would highly recommend.“

„Property was very clean and comfortable and very convenient location. Stay was very enjoyable. Only issue was we were short of one towel, instructions for the convection hob would have been very helpful, a better selection of cooking saucepans and utensils would have been nice and we were unaware that parking was only free between 6pm and 8am.“

„This is an excellent property, clean and welcoming, full range of modern appliances, internet access etc.Very comfortable and we had a great time.My only niggle is that there is no coffee machine/cafetière so no coffee in the morning.. if this could be added the house would be perfect..“

„Perfect location for a family get-together. The cottage is very spacious and well equipped and the grounds are beautiful. Kerith and Daryl were excellent hosts.“

„Wonderful week in a really beautiful setting. The cottage had everything we needed for cooking and entertaining and such a comfy bed! Great stay and highly recommended“
