It was not clear in the description of the property that persons with accessibility issues needed to be able to carry all of their belongings up and down a flight of stairs between the parking lot and the second floor unit. A window shade over a window facing the common porch was broken and not able to be hung, leaving anyone on the porch able to have full view inside the unit. This was a significant privacy issue and required hanging...
