« Positive points: staff very smiling, nice and helpful. Very comfortable bed and sufficient breakfast (no more) Negative points: the walls are very thin (you can hear everything) and a train passes every morning and honks by the way, wifi can be improved, no way to change the tv chanel »

« Staff was hardworking, seemingly new, and overwhelmed slightly with grumpy customers over building related issues beyond their control.(the elevator was not functioning) Got to the room had a hard time setting up the television to work. It was set to HDMI 2 and rhe HDMI cable was running out of the television but seemingly didnt have anything to plug into.
