« Nice staff, good location, comfortable bed, large t.v. They need to do a better job at cleaning. There were finger prints on the mirror and on the wooden part of the shelf in the bathroom etc. There is also no room in the bathroom to put things. A larger shelf or small table would be nice. The lot outside was an ice rink. Guests were spinning their tires trying to get out of their spots. I almost got stuck. Please pay a service to salt the lot when weather gets like this. »

« We didn't use the bar. We went earlier to a restaurant next door because the bar hadn't opened yet. »

« The room was not very clean. The carpet was dirty and the walls had splatter on them. Most of the lamps didn’t work and the bathroom was not very clean. »

« I asked at check-in if we would be given fresh towels each day and that did not happen. I had to call and ask after nobody freshened our room. The shower experience was also miserable. We somehow ended up in a wheelchair access room and the shower water went all over the floor getting our shoes soaked. The water drizzled out of the shower faucet and continually got very hot then very cold. »
