Our certified pest inspector confirmed nothing was found in the room; nevertheless he performed routine treatment. We adhere to the highest cleaning standard, using certified disinfectants and monthly indoor and outdoor pest control by a certified company. I apologize for any misunderstanding, and/or any inconvenience.
