« Comfortable and homey! The wrap around porch was the greatest especially in the morning for coffee. Roomy kitchen was well stocked with equipment. Wifi and good tv service. Great beds and bathrooms. Even though you have to walk a ways to the river. It's a superb place for swimming, diving, floating, just sitting. Would visit again. »

« My granddaughter recently had a baby and our family in nearby towns joined together for a day of celebration. The location was wonderful for the 11 family members to meet the newest family member. There was someone for all ages. Games, pool, a nice sitiing area and spece to cook a couple of meals. »

« This is our third stay at this amazing location. Extremely well outfitted, beautiful views, comfortable beds and linens, great a/c. We loved seeing the exotic animals, deers and turkeys and even the cats were a big hit. Highly recommend. We will be back! »

« Can not speak enough kind words of this home and property. It was so perfect for our large family for this years annual trip to the hill country. The home was well stocked and beds were extremely comfortable. Outside area, especially the pool, were used for most of the day. Also spent lots of time in the river paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing! An absolute playground for all ages. Thank you so much for sharing your home with our family! We hope to return again next year and for many to come. »

« My friend and I went on a beer, wine and distillery tasting tour from Texas Wine Tours where we were picked up & dropped off at the home in Harper which was only a 25 minute drive from Fredericksburg. We enjoyed the quietness and the Longhorn Cafe was within walking distance from the home. The home was really cozy, we enjoyed all the photos of the family's history and sitting out on the screened porch at night. I would go back because of it's proximity to Fredericksburg and it's not as busy. »
