„Location of property was great but! Stairway was dirty. The unit at first appeared OK but definitely wasn’t a cottage as stated in description. Inside closet in one bedroom was not clean and was not usable. Dishwasher was full of dishes. Bathroom sink drained very slowly must be clogged. Toilet seat was extremely loose, shower mat for tub to prevent it from being slippery was filthy! Full of mold! „We had an amazing time at Ellergill - genuinely cannot fault anything - house is very spacious and plenty cutlery / crockery and all the amenities needed If anyone is visiting the area and have a group of around 10 then they will not regret booking Ellergill. We booked the nearby Lizzick Hall for a lovely birthday meal which we would recommend also. Perfectly located to allow plenty of lovely days and evenings spent in the gorgeous Keswick centre. „I stayed midweek in November for three nights with a Friend. I chose the location in case the weather came in as it was near main roads. The communication was brilliant but we were left alone to enjoy our stay in peace. The place is very well done, and comfortable. Although there were only two of us, it would be big enough for 6 without being on top of each other. The gas fire was very welcomed after a day out on the fells.
