The size of my rental is 450 ft². These people Did not tell me until the 3rd day they were there that they did not have hot water if they would have told me the very 1st day I could have fixed the problem sooner. Everything in the bathroom is normal size it is a single stall shower the toilet area is small where you sit on the toilet.

Toilet area is small. My prices continue to be very reasonable Especially considering it has a full.kitchen.and large outdoor patio and 1/2 mile walk to the beach.

After they reported dripping from pipes and foul smell I immediately contacted tenant of 11 years who's been upstairs and NEVER has this happened before in 11 years.. I asked the tenant to turn off the water at the kitchen sink and the tenant on his own also snaked out the kitchen sink. And additionally the very next morning my property manager went over to see if there was any more foul smell or dripping on the patio right outside their door none of which was noticed. I also asked people staying there and they said it had stopped. Which is the reason why these people didn't know what day the plumbing was fixed and the plumber was sent over because there was no longer any problems on their patio.. No smell and no dripping all within about 90 minutes after they notified me! The Wi-Fi password was sent later the same day they asked for it. Do maintainance things happen from time to time yes. Was it fixed and the problem solved right outside their door after they mentioned it yes. Did a plumber come yes. They must not have been there at the time. Is there an airport on the island yes but it's over 2 and a 1/2 miles away and the entire island is only 4 by 1. There are lots of things going on on the small island of Key West. Slamming door I don't know cause I do not live on site but if I was always having noise problems you would definitely hear it on the reviews all the time because anybody is allowed to leave a review. Most people that stay at my place are very lovely and I enjoy having them. I'm just sorry I couldn't please these guests.

My deck recently was falling apart and unsafe you may have seen it in the pictures. We replaced it with a freshly new poured stamped concrete patio and that is a brand new fence that is 6' high not 9' high. Both of the AC units are under 2 years old by the way. I have not heard from people staying there they were noisy. And being relatively new they should not be noisy. The bed is in the close quarters on one side it is about 12" from the wall. The bed had to be in that location so we could have the living room in the rest of the room. The entire size of the unit is 425 ft². Regarding bus stops I lived there for years and I never used a bus so I don't really know the location of the bus lines most people that come there never really even ask me I find my location convenient to all including the laundromat which is incredibly close by.

My property is located close to the beach and in a very desirable location of historic Old town and it is priced under most market rents in the area.. I have no control over the other parts only lodging fees. I think from the pictures you can tell the size. It is about 425 Sq ft. 4 people can stay but I recommend it mostly for couples. The bathroom has all the essentials. The toilet area is too small for some one over 275 lbs!

The pictures I'm showing that I have used to advertise this rental do not show the front porch and front of home. Maybe it was just confusing to them. My front rental does have pictures of the front of my home and it does have pictures if the front porch.. Because people staying in the front do have access to them.. Yes there are 2 totally separate rentals downstairs. Each one is about 425 square ft. Each one has its own outside area.
