« We loved our stay . Nice place very clean. We would stay there again.we came to Rapidcity to watch our granddaughter wrestling in the state wrestling tournament. Easy to find and a short distance the Monument. »

« Our host was commutative throughout the entire process. The location was perfect for exploring the area. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and appliances for meal prep. »

« The property was clean and was nice and spacious. King bed was very uncomfortable- you sink all the way down. Not little kid friendly as there are cords all over the place. Would be nice if there was better lighting in the bathroom.Other than that- it was a good place to stay for a short visit- or without kids wouldnt be bad for longer! »

« VRBO is nice. It is attached to a house so you do get noise/smells from upstairs occasionally, but it turned off at 10pm at quiet hours. We received A LOT of automated messages about our stay, including regarding our snafu of not having a coffee filter/lack of coffee K cups, but no real solutions were offered, just platitudes. Place is clean, has good amenities, and it we were able to check in early for a fee. »

« The barn proved to be exactly as promised. Simplistic with all the modern necessities. It was quiet, with beautiful views of country living. We watched deer and turkeys in the yard grazing. The bed was comfortable with soft sheets and comfy pillows. We would gladly book another stay here. »

« There were a couple of rooms rented by college or high school kids. The rooms were filled with kids who were shooting fake guns at the parking lot, hanging off railings and generally disturbing everyone else’s stay. There needs to be a manager on sight to deal with people like this. Other than that, all was ok. »

« This was a perfect non-hotel option for our road trip. It was a nice quiet neighborhood and perfectly located for easy access to downtown. Small kitchen allowed us to store foods and start our day with breakfast. The bath was perfect and the upstairs area was comfortable. We didn’t have time for the hot tub with full days of tourist activities, but it looked very inviting and was convenient. We had a great stay, and would highly recommend! »

« This is a hotel, which was very nice-however they stated in property description that it was an apartment. It would have been cheaper to book through the hotel, which I would have just done if I was wanting to stay in a hotel. »
