    Le 1204 Greenslake Cottage est situé sur le parcours de golf de Cougar Point. Il dispose de 2 chambres avec un lit king dans la chambre principale et un lit queen dans la chambre d'amis. Un beau plancher de bois franc dans tout ce chalet ainsi qu'une cuisine rénovée en feront un chalet préféré pour tous les invités. Il y a une véranda avec une table avec une terrasse.

    Tous les cottages Greenslake sont situés dans un endroit calme et niché dans le West Beach Village, et à proximité de nombreux sites et activités les plus précieux de Kiawah. Ils offrent un plan d'étage plus grand que les autres villas de 2 chambres sur l'île, et sont de plain-pied, donc il n'y a pas d'unités au-dessus ou en dessous d'eux.

What an awesome place to stay for the week! Beautiful location, close to beach, so quiet and the view was stunning! We had our dog with us and it was really nice to walk her everyday and night. Really enjoyed our stay and will return next year!

The cottage is the perfect size for a family of three adults plus a dog. We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck with a great view of Cougar Point Golf Course. We also enjoyed walking on various trails to the beaches or just looking around. We encountered a couple issues during the stay; however, both were addressed promptly. We highly recommend this cottage to anyone who wants to vacation on the Kiawah Island.We tried several restaurants on the island. Our favorite one is Hege’s at Freshfields Village. A restaurant with the best sunset is clubhouse at Ocean Golf Course.

First I want to say we had a wonderful week. The home is somewhat close to the beach and pool. The pool is on the way to the beach which was perfect. The beaches are great and the pool was clean and warm. The home could have been cleaner. It was hard to enjoy the small deck area because it wasn't very clean. The slider door really needs a good cleaning as do the kitchen cabinets. The bathrooms were clean as were the bedrooms. I don't think the floors were cleaned prior to our arrival. Nothing too horrible but worth mentioning. We made our breakfast there and really only one pan is usable. The other just stick/burn horribly. None of these things prevented us from having the most amazing week on this beautiful island.

Every morning we were greeted with a beautiful pink glow over the course. The home was clean and comfortable. Great linens, bed and shower.

Family Beach Trip

We had a wonderful time at Kiawah! The cottage was lovely and in an amazing location on the Cougar Point golf course. Easy bike ride to the beach, community pool, tennis/pickleball courts and to Freshfields Village for ice cream and shopping. The property manager is kind and helpful… a definite pleasure to work with. We will be back!

Great Stay!

We enjoyed this lovely property. It was light and welcoming. The master bedroom had a very comfortable bed, and that was a great extra (I’m kind of picky.) Watching the golfers from the pretty sunroom was fun, and the biking and beaching were great too. We would recommend this nice cottage!

Another wonderful stay at Our Happy Place!

Great house with plenty of amenities. The house is located in a very quiet section of the island which provides easy access on and off the island as well as Fresh Fields. We have rented with Susie several times in different homes in the same location and she is a pleasure to work with.

First time on Kiawah

This unit is in a great location with beautiful views of the golf course. We loved the counter seating and comfortable living room. Nice sun room as well! It's just a short walk (and even shorter bike ride) to the beach. Hope to visit again soon!

Hidden treasure

A very nice cottage tucked away in a shady nook on the golf course. A short and easy bike ride to the small neighborhood pool with the ocean access just a short distance from there. A quick drive to the FreshFoods area if you forgot anything.

Lovely cottage!

We had a great stay at the cottage!! It was even nicer than the photos. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed. It has a very spacious kitchen and living room area. My father was with us and has an injured leg, so the one level floor plan and reclining living room furniture were so helpful. Spent some time during a few scattered rain storms in the sunroom playing games. Kiawah is a beautiful and pretty large island with many things to do. We loved our stay.

Clean, lovely cottage

The unit was very clean, well equipped with clean appliances. Newer appliances all in great condition. Furniture and beds very comfortable with well-maintained linens and bedding. After Tropical Storm Idalia came through, the property had been cleaned up(debris, limbs, etc.) and looked like a storm never happened. Street was quiet, enjoyed watching the golfers every morning and enjoying the serenity of the view. Walk to the beach is about 10 minutes but enjoyable to take in the scenery. Overall, very, very nice cottage and I would return.

Amazing place to stay!

We go to Kiawah annually and usually very pleased with our accommodations; this year we were ecstatic. The rental was ideally located within walking distance of the beach and right on the golf course. The house itself was unbelievably clean and well stocked with kitchenware and anything we needed for our stay. It seemed to be newly renovated as the appliances were new and had nice granite countertops with new furnishing. Bedrooms (and beds) were a good size and very comfortable. We also need to note that the property manager was amazing! We decided to stay another night and Susie, the property manager, was able to find us a comparable rental within a few hours of our request. This probably was not an easy feat given we had our dog with us. I will ALWAYS try and rent with Susie first. She is responsive and always willing to assist. Overall- this was a great trip, great house and great experience with Susie.

Golf View Pet Friendly

This is a lovely property for two couples or a family of four. It sits on the first hole of Cougar with a view of golfers & the gorgeous clubhouse. It is within walking distance to both beach & pool & around the corner from bike path access. This price point with pool access & pet friendly is difficult to find anywhere on Kiawah. The property is comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. The AC works great. The reclining sofa is comfortable. The beds were fine...a little of the firm side but were fine for our week's stay. We sleep on clouds at home so just an adjustment. We spent most evenings grilling out & playing games in the 4 season room. Our furbaby was comfortable & enjoyed watching the golfers from the living room. My only suggestion is perhaps the addition of another chair in the LR as there is only seating for 3 people currently unless you bring a bar stool over. That wasn't a big deal to us bc we were rarely all in the LR at the same time. We are more active bike riding golfers & swimmers who old school boardgame in the evenings however a TV relaxing fam may need another seat. We enjoyed our stay, love Kiawah, & will return again next year.

Kiawah Getaway

Our cottage was lovely. It was a quiet area with well manicured golf course views. We were conveniently located near the beach and pool. The only drawbacks were a heavily stained mattress in the guest room (the stains looked to have been there for quite a while) and a broken chair in the living room.
