A recent kitchen renovation includes all new appliances and opens into a dining room with seating for 8 + 4 more stools at the kitchen counter so the whole party can dine together.

This private Vanderhorst house rental comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms. All three upstairs bedrooms are en-suite. The master bedroom has a private deck overlooking the water, a spacious shower area and a dressing room. The downstairs king and twin bedrooms share a bath, and both access the front terrace, which is hidden from the road for privacy and is drenched with sun all day long.

Pool Access: The private pool may be heated in Spring and Fall for an additional fee. The spa heating is included in the base rent. Please note this property has NO resort pool access.

Beach Access: Beach access via Boardwalk 31 across the street.

Please Note: The use of the fireplace is prohibited.

Pet Policy: This property does not allow pets.

Parking: There is parking for up to 4 cars.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
