« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« Hard to be critical of the Bradford House. Accommodations were very clean, very well maintained, and comfortable. (slept VERY well!). Breakfast was absolutely fantastic - a great way to start the day, and you have multiple options - something we've only experienced once or twice at a Bed & Breakfast. The curtain must be completely open otherwise the ac blows straight up into the very large voluminous curtain and not into the room at all. The bed is a lowrider about a foot off the ground and the mattresses are set inside some kind of roomy wooden box atop a nest of old hair and dead bugs. The mattresses are like blankets on cardboard. « I was set off immediately after arriving with all of the signs demanding you pay for parking. This didn’t used to be a thing. Very greedy and no other options. Room was on par with something like a Holiday Inn Express. Not a good value here. On checkout, I wasn’t even asked how my stay was. Won’t be switching from Big Cedar anytime soon. »

« BED BUGS!!! I was woken up at 2am with a bug crawling on me. I googled it and it was 100% a female full grown bed bug. I woke my husband up and we checked the beds as best we could without waking the kids up. Small blood stains and what looked like eggs under the mattress.
