The condo complex is across the street from Kalepolepo Beach Park, Kalepolepo Fishpond and Hawaiian Island Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary. You can enjoy the complex pool and hot tub or play tennis at the tennis court. There is also a BBQ grill by the pool to prepare your favorite grill recipes. The condo complex has laundry room with coin/app operated washers and dryers. Please note that smoking is only allowed in the designated area in the parking lot. Maximum 4 people occupancy. There are many water activities at the beach, such as kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding or just relaxing with a great book, sunbathing, and beachcombing. Maalaea Harbor and Kihei Boat Ramp are a short drive, if you want to go on boat excursion for snorkeling, diving, sportfishing, whale watching tours from December to April, and sunset or dinner cruises. From North Kihei, you have many great options to drive to South Maui to enjoy golf, shops, restaurants, beaches in Kihei, Wailea and Makena, or drive out to the West side and enjoy art galleries, restaurants, and shopping.
