A note about our tropical environment: Our ground-floor condo lets you enjoy easy beach access and the beautiful Maui breeze. Please keep in mind that if the lanai doors are left open, a few curious island visitors, like geckos or small insects, might wander in. We recommend keeping doors closed to keep the indoors as comfortable as possible. The air conditioning also will not run with the lanai doors open. Mahalo for helping us keep paradise peaceful and pest-free!

Please note that approved renovation projects may take place during the low season (April-November), and the HOA may complete outdoor building maintenance projects, including exterior painting, during these summer months. While some construction-related noise may occur periodically, our team will continue to keep guests informed of scheduled work and any potential impact to their stay.
