„Very comfy, clean and well equipped. There was some confusion about a hot tub being on premises, as listed, but there is not a hot tub on premises. Owner quickly responded to our concerns about lack of hot tub, and even sent us a gift for the misunderstanding. This was very considerate! Downstairs tenant was very nice and offered to help us move in! Perfect location! My family was very comfortable here!“

„This was our first trip to the Outer Banks and this single-family house better suited us than a busy condo. It is about 1.5 miles from a nice beach and is appointed with everything we needed, including chairs for the beach. The road where it is located is a pretty busy artery for the area which is good for access but noisier than a side street. We were pleased with the house and Tanya is great to work with.“
