The Swell Annex: Studio w/ Kitchenette Close to Mtn 641

Our Killington studio is a comfortable home base for enjoying everything the area has to offer, from skiing and mountain biking to hiking, local dining, breweries, and exploring Vermont. This hotel-style condo sleeps up to four guests with a queen bed and sleeper sofa. Relax after a day out and enjoy your favorite shows on the large Smart TV. The kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, microwave, Keurig, and coffee maker, and the unit has a full bathroom with a spacious shower. Just outside, enjoy the seasonal heated outdoor pool, typically open from mid-June to mid-September. A shared washer and dryer are available in the entryway. NOTE: This is a hotel-room-style studio consisting of one main room, a private bathroom, and a kitchenette.

• This condo has a kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, sink, plates, glassware and utensils. There is no available cooking option (stove/oven) or pots and pans.
• We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• We have smart locks for contactless check in. Your unique access code will be sent the week of your arrival.
• Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. (Please let us know in advance.)
• Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping. You may only smoke or vape outside. Please properly dispose of all butts.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
• Pets are not allowed. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets.
• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
• The outdoor pool is open during the summer months (mid-June to mid-September) from 8am to 8pm.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
• Water Notice: This property is served by a private well. Testing has shown that the water exceeds acceptable levels for drinking water and should not be consumed or used for cooking. A water cooler with drinking water is provided for guest use. The well water may be used for showering, handwashing, and other normal household purposes.
