Hotel Kilmarnock

« We could not gain entry to the hotel since we were not told how to do so at check in. This resulted in us sleeping on our friends floor. When we arrived the next morning and told the staff this they simply told us to refer to their T&Cs. I mentioned that I had not read them and expecting any paying guest to do so was not realistic. The staff were not sympathetic or helpful about this matter. »

« Very helpful and friendly staff »

« Using the shower transform the bathroom into a swimming pool. Beside that the quality of serve one expect from a big name, very conveniently located »

« small , well equipped, we'll worth the visit »

« Good food, good Rooms and good service. Very comfortable »

« Bon déjeuner Bon service Personnel attentionné Chambre avec lit jumeaux côte à côte pour faire un lit King pas confortable »

« We were disappointed by the experience. We were in a sort of prefab building overlooking the car park. The insulation was very poor, both thermal and acoustic. The bathroom tap didn't fit the basin. The electronic shower system didn't work properly, which led to wasted water. The only positive point of the stay was the staff: very friendly and pleasant. »

« Very pleasant stay. And the restaurant is delicious ! I will come back again. »

« Très jolie chambre avec une très bonne literie. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Proche de l'aéroport. Séjour parfait »

« Très bonne adresse pour être proche de l'aéroport. Par contre, nous avons eu une chambre au 2e étage sans ascenseur...difficile quand on a des valises relativement lourdes. Parking au pied du bâtiment. »

« room was spotless ,hotel gardens where beautiful, dinner and breakfast was amazing.reason for 3 star rating was given due to reception staff not dealing with our complaint of having no hot water when showering before dinner and was not much better the following morning. »
