« Our pillows were in bad shape. One was all the way flat like having no pillows. The other like a brick. I slept with no pillow. But besides that the hotel was perfect! »

« This was a hotel room- plain and simple. No frills, no extra. A/C in our room did not produce at full blast so our room was a little warmer. Room was clean, hotel was very clean. TV didn’t work great but we were at the hotel just to sleep. Breakfast buffet was nice but pretty simple as well. If you need a place to stay, this will work great. If you are looking for more- probably look elsewhere. »

« Overall a great experience. However, 2 of the coffee cups and one spoon in the room had been previously used and not thoroughly cleaned. There was lipstick on one coffee cup and coffee residue in the other. The spoon looked as if someone had licked it off and put it back in the drawer. Other than that the beds were amazing! We slept like rocks that night. The breakfast was great the next day though more fresh fruit options would be nice. »

« Property was beautiful. The room was spacious and very nice. Bed was comfortable. Jackie at the front desk was fantastic and very welcoming. Overall a great experience. »

« Good staff. Facilities were clean and fairly well maintained. Breakfast was more than adequate. Only issue was the elevator was broken down on a three day holiday weekend. Not necessarily the fault of the hotel. Sometimes those things happen. Staff did their best to help minimize any disruption. »

« I was so disappointed by the amount charged on top of our room charge….75$ USD + tax for 1 dog…..Never saw this charge that high….If I had known I would have not reserved there as I always paid 25$ USD plus tax. I would really appreciate if the hotel would be willing to accept to reimburse me at least for the half of the 75$ which is more than 25? I »

« Great location in Franklin! Shopping and restaurants nearby. We go to Franklin often as we have family there. This was very convenient to Mack Hatcher. Nice breakfast! »

« Overall this was fine. The room was clean. The staff was courteous. Our room was missing soap - liquid and bar - in the bath and kitchen. We obviously could have called the desk, but made do with a bar we had in our bag. The breakfast options weren’t as good as other stays we’ve had with homewood, but we managed to feed our family of six. Entry to the hotel parking lot is an issue. The road from the highway is divided and a left into the lot is impossible. U turns are forbidden at the...

« This hotel is perfect for a weekend stay. This was my family’s fourth time staying here and I am always satisfied. The only complaint that I did have this time was that the bathtub needed to be re caulked because it did have mildew present and in the room it smelled like mildew. Again, this was the first room out of 4 times that we encountered this issue. It won’t prevent us from staying again, but I will request a different room if we encounter this again. « The property was not what I have come to know as the Hampton Inn chain. Typically a Hampton meets above average requirements but unfortunately this one was sub par. They put us in the wrong type of rooms even though we had reserved a specific configuration. The customer support was not supportive at all. When I travel in the future I will not be staying at a Hampton Inn. Sadly, a former Hampton Inn guest. »

« The bed was very firm to sleep on and the pillows provided little support. The toilet in the bathroom would also barely flush. The ice machine was on the bottom floor which made it difficult to get ice. The TV cable did not work as well. »
