„Great property great country setting“

„This beautiful home was build with love and we were made to feel like family. Every inch of the house has been put together with thought and is clean and very well maintained. Breakfast was prepared for us on our schedule and was delicious. I would go out of my way to stay here again!“

„The house was wonderful. It was beautifully decorated, roomy and had a huge fenced in yard. It was also adequately private surroundings. I was pleasantly surprised. Our host made us feel very welcome and appreciated.“

„Fast easy check in. Gorgeous place. House was very clean. Beds were comfy. Pool was clean and water was warm. Hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a long day. We had no phone service there but the WiFi worked great. We had our kids with us and they loved it too. We will stay here again next time we are in the area. Highly recommend.“

„Cozy, small, quiet home.“

„What an adorable country cottage. We came up for just 1 night for a family function and felt right at home. We are a family of four with 2 adult children but you could easily have 2 more children and a baby here. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious with cozy nooks and nice front porch. Very clean and beds are comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen including full spice rack. We will definitely be back.“

„Great location, amazing service, will be back!“

„We booked the house for a multi-generation family get together, and it was exactly what we needed! The setting is serene and beautiful. I saw the first turtle I have seen in the wild in some time! Inside, the newer home has a very fresh, uncluttered feel and was spotlessly clean. The layout worked great for our family as there are two large and comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, on the main floor. One of those bathrooms is accessible from the main living space, too. And, there ...

„We are a Family of 4 that stayed and absolutely loved Rosehill Cottage! Set back in a serene setting with the most beautiful view of the Rappahannock River! The Cottage was adorable with plenty of space to spread out, was clean, & had all of the cooking ware you need. The pool was a blast! We really enjoyed our time at the pool! I would definitely give Rosehill Cottage a consideration when you want to get away from the hustle & bustle of everyday life!“
