„Das war unser drittes Hotel – und leider das schlechteste. Das Personal war zwar freundlich, aber das war auch das einzig Positive. Die Küche war eine reine Katastrophe: sehr wenig Auswahl, das Essen lieblos, und der Kaffee war kalt und wässrig. Für das Zimmer mussten wir extra nach einem Tuch fragen, die Wände waren mit etwas Fettigem verschmiert – einfach unhygienisch. Parkplatz ist groß. “

„Hotel was very nice. Cost for parking at hotels now is a new money grab but ok, that is taken out of the incidental deposit. Floors in lobby and elevator wet from pool guest going to and from pool and rooms. Wifi was pretty bad, I couldnt use my laptop as well as me turning the wifi off on my phone and my cellular data was just as bad when in room. I did not like that housekeeping knocked on my room door 3 TIMES a hour in a half before check out to ask me if i was indeed leaving by 11am. The ...

„Sehr nettes Personal! Sehr bemüht zu helfen Leider war es im Badezimmer extrem kalt. (Sind jetzt beide erkältet) Es gab keine Möglichkeit zu heizen und es gab auch nur 2 Handtücher. Entspricht nicht dem Sheraton Standard. Das Frühstück war am ersten Tag schon eingeschränkt. Am 2. Tag gab es nur noch Bagels, keine Eier oder Ähnliches. Die freundliche Bedienung hat dann angeboten, dass sie versuchen würde selbst eine Waffel zu backen (offensichtlich war die Küche nicht besetzt)“
