« Arrived and waited 20 minutes standing in the lobby. No one around and the phone was ringing the whole 20 minutes. I then go in the bar that was on site and asked the guy if he knew what was up. No one's over there and he told another bar tender who went to the hotel side. She looked around and still no one by now it's been over 30 minutes and the checker inner person just now shows up and acted like they didn't want to be there helping people. « The staff at this hotel were the best. They all offered to help us have an amazing trip.! There advice was so helpful. Rhonda the manager was so amazing. She made us laugh a lot. I want to be her friend. The chef was tops. Not only was the food outstanding but he went out of his way to show us maps and give us advice.! The other girls at the desk were great Achilles and Hannah. Best hotel experience ever!!!! »

« We had reserved and paid for two rooms for two nights at this Hampton Inn about a month previously. When we arrived, the desk agent had trouble finding our reservations because the computer system was down. One was for a party who would be coming separately who later decided to stay elsewhere but came for the second night. Check in was slow, but we eventually got our rooms. The TV in our room curiously welcomed an unknown “Matthew,” but we ignored it. Later in the evening, around 10 pm. ...
