„Perfect for what we needed. Very clean and comfortable. We would def stay here again,“

„We came down to play baseball at Lakepoint and the house was close for those needs. The A/C in the main living area of the house is not that great so we had to buy box fans from Walmart to help move air throughout the hall and bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom and laundry room was an ice box though. If the vents were able to be adjusted it maybe could help air flow upstairs, but they seemed to be screwed in so they can’t be adjusted. Other than that the house was exactly what we needed.“

„Great“

„House not equipped for families that like to cook at home. Very little pots/pans available. Dead roaches found on the property and a live one running on the bed. Also, this was the only house I’ve ever rented where the host did not accommodate late check out. Didn’t even compromise with an hour later. Unfortunately, I will not be renting here again.“

„Very new home in a great location!“

„So much fun! There was a plenty of room to hang out, take pictures and live out fantasy castle life. Loved the scavenger hunt and the hot tub!!“

„Everything is great about this property. We truly enjoyed our stay and will likely be rebooking for an annual trip here next year!“

„Great Condo! It was so clean and close to everything!“

„We enjoyed our stay in this house. It was just the right size for us and my son liked having a king sized bed! The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and appliances— they have both a Keurig and a 12 cup coffee maker as well as a toaster and blender. I really appreciated that the host was very quick to respond when I reached out to her and she was accommodating.“

„Great place. Super convenient to restaurants and to the Berry College tennis facility. The home was very clean. The living room allowed for all of us to hang out. Everything worked out great. Excellent communication and a very easy check in.“

„We were in town for a baseball tournament and this location was minutes from the sports complex. The house was great and spacious. The kitchen came with everything we needed. The community was also very inviting with an outside common area to gather and grill. Communication throughout our stay was great. We would definitely stay again.“

„The property was well equipped and comfortable. It is very convenient to Berry College“

„The house was clean and the pool was clean. Worked out great for me as it was close to the tennis center. I enjoyed my stay.“

„Wonderful property close to town - pleasant walk to restaurants and shops and river. Host was outstanding and made sure everything was ready for us and available if needed (although we didnt need anything more!!). Highly recommend for anyone who plans to spend time in Rome.“

„Thank you!“

„Everyone loved every bit of their stay! Spacious and a very beautiful home. We will definitely be booking this property again!“
