« I did like the property and the design of the room was nice. The hotel is convenient to Walmart, food places and the University. My only issue were one of the two rooms I rented the sheets and pillows weren’t clean. There was makeup all over the pillow case when pulled back and on the sheet. Which was surprising because the bed was neatly made. We did notify the front desk to have someone come and change the bedding. « Aweful smell. Stained sheets. Top bed linens smelled gross. Walls sticky and AC unit blew out worse smell than the room. Emailed for refund sine I was only in room for 20 minutes. Could not stay!!! »

« This property did not disappoint. My only wish is to have had more time to enjoy the accommodations. I booked a two bedroom suite with 4 beds so my daughters and I could all sleep in our own bed and we all slept very well. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was hot and tasty. »

« Basement room is no go. I could hear footsteps upstairs. Wedding reception guests were loud, disrespectful of hotel guests, slamming the doors. Barely slept all 3 nights I stayed. Great location, but if you are a light sleeper and you are trying to relax in your room this place is not for you. »

« I’ve stayed in rundown motels and I know what to expect and what I’m getting for my money. But this place was unacceptable and for around $90 a night it’s upsetting. There were so many bugs in my room. And everything was extremely dirty. When I first got to my room I killed around 20 bugs crawling on the floor, walls, countertop, and fridge door. I was grossed out but gave the place a chance. When I got back to my room later in the evening and turned the lights on to discover tons of bugs...

« Staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that the housekeeping did not visit rooms every day. Even though towels and toilet paper were brought to room, I don't like having to ask for them. Also, room trash bins need emptied everyday. However, when traveling to Siloam Springs AR, I will definitely stay at the Hampton again. Because of your great staff. »
