„Huge and luxorious hotel with a spectacular view, and with a very affordable price. The train station, a conbini and the outlet/boardwalk are nearby. There's also a free shuttle service to KIX airport several times a day. Definitely the best place to stay if you have to catch an early flight and want to take it easy the day before.“

„Die Lage ist leider nicht so gut, direkt neben IKEA und im Hafengebiet. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttlebus zu den wichtigsten Stationen in Kobe und von dort aus kann man alles fußläufig erreichen. Den Spa-Bereich kann man gegen Gebühr nutzen. “
